Q: How do I heal my Pokemon?
A: Visit the Pokecenter on the map, or use Potions from your Bag during battle.

Q: How do I get more Pokecoins?
A: Battle wild Pokemon, win gym battles, claim daily rewards, complete quests, and sell Pokemon on the marketplace.

Q: How do I change my region?
A: Open the Travel menu on the map and select a new region.

Q: Can I change my starter Pokemon?
A: No, but you can catch many more Pokemon across all regions!

Q: How do I get more inventory space?
A: Upgrade your Home Tier to increase PC Storage capacity.

BATTLES

Q: Why does my Pokemon keep missing?
A: Some moves have less than 100% accuracy. Check the move's hit rate.

Q: How do I switch Pokemon during battle?
A: Click the "Switch" button and select another Pokemon from your team.

Q: What happens when all my Pokemon faint?
A: You're sent back to the map. Visit the Pokecenter to heal your team.

Q: How do I catch Legendary Pokemon?
A: Use Ultra Balls or Master Balls. Try Radar items to boost Legendary encounter rates. Elite Zone also has increased Legendary spawns.

TECHNICAL

Q: The game is slow or laggy.
A: Try refreshing the page. Close other browser tabs. Clear your browser cache.

Q: I can't catch Pokemon on Safari browser.
A: Make sure cookies are enabled. The game requires session cookies to function.

Q: The search button doesn't work.
A: Make sure you're standing in a zone (not in the zone border area). Check your internet connection. Try refreshing the page.

Q: I lost my Pokemon after a trade!
A: Traded Pokemon go to the other player. This is intended. Only trade Pokemon you're willing to give away.

Q: Can I play on mobile?
A: Yes! Pokeworld works on all mobile browsers. Use the on-screen D-pad to move.

ACCOUNT

Q: I forgot my password.
A: Use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page.

Q: Can I change my username?
A: Currently not supported. Choose wisely when registering!

Q: Is the game free?
A: Yes! Pokeworld is 100% free to play. Elite membership is optional and gives bonus features.
