Finding and battling wild Pokemon is the core of Pokeworld. Here's how it works.

FINDING WILD POKEMON
1. Walk to any zone on the map
2. Click the SEARCH button (magnifying glass icon)
3. A wild Pokemon will appear based on your zone's types and your region
4. An encounter card shows the Pokemon's name, type, level, and rarity

STARTING THE BATTLE
Click "FIGHT" on the encounter card to enter the Battle Arena. Click "RUN" to skip this Pokemon and search for another.

BATTLE MECHANICS
- Your lead Pokemon fights the wild Pokemon
- Each Pokemon has 4 moves to choose from
- Moves have types (Fire, Water, etc.) and power levels
- Type advantages deal 2x damage (e.g., Water > Fire)
- Type disadvantages deal 0.5x damage

TURN ORDER
Each turn, both you and the wild Pokemon attack. Speed stats determine who goes first.

YOUR OPTIONS IN BATTLE
1. ATTACK: Choose one of your 4 moves
2. BAG: Use items (Potions to heal, Pokeballs to catch)
3. SWITCH: Swap to a different Pokemon in your team
4. RUN: Flee from the battle (100% success rate for wild battles)

CATCHING POKEMON
To catch a wild Pokemon:
1. Weaken it by reducing its HP (lower HP = higher catch rate)
2. Open your BAG and select a Pokeball
3. The ball will shake 0-3 times before catching or breaking

POKEBALL TYPES & CATCH RATES
- Pokeball: 1x catch rate (basic)
- Great Ball: 1.5x catch rate
- Ultra Ball: 2x catch rate
- Master Ball: Guaranteed catch (very rare!)
- Premier Ball: 1x rate (special)
- Heal Ball: 1x rate, fully heals on catch
- Net Ball: 3x for Water/Bug types
- Nest Ball: Better for low-level Pokemon
- Dive Ball: 3.5x for Water types
- Dusk Ball: 3x at night

POKEMON LEVELS
Wild Pokemon levels are based on YOUR trainer level (your level +/- 5). As you level up, wild Pokemon get stronger too.

RARITY TIERS
- Common: Very frequent encounters
- Uncommon: Moderate encounters
- Rare: 15% chance per search (30% for Elite members)
- Epic: Found in rare encounters
- Legendary: Extremely rare, use Radar items to boost chances
- Mythical: Rarest of all

AFTER THE BATTLE
- Win: Earn XP for your Pokemon and trainer, plus coins
- Catch: Pokemon goes to your team (if space) or PC Storage
- Lose: Your Pokemon faints, visit the Pokecenter to heal
