Flying and Normal types are everywhere and more versatile than you think!

FLYING TYPE
Super effective against: Grass, Fighting, Bug
Weak to: Electric, Ice, Rock
Resists: Grass, Fighting, Bug
IMMUNE to: Ground (huge advantage!)

Best Flying Pokemon:
- Togekiss (Fairy/Flying): Sp.Atk powerhouse, Air Slash flinches
- Staraptor (Normal/Flying): Brave Bird + Close Combat, amazing Attack
- Skarmory (Steel/Flying): One of the best physical walls
- Gliscor (Ground/Flying): Ground immunity + Ground STAB, great combo
- Dragonite (Dragon/Flying): Classic powerhouse, Extreme Speed

Why Flying is great:
- Ground immunity counters Earthquake (the most common move)
- Many Flying types are dual-typed, adding versatility
- Brave Bird (120 power) is incredibly strong
- Roost provides reliable recovery for Flying types

NORMAL TYPE
Super effective against: Nothing (Normal is neutral)
Weak to: Fighting (only ONE weakness!)
Resists: Nothing
IMMUNE to: Ghost

Best Normal Pokemon:
- Snorlax: Massive HP and Sp.Def, great special wall
- Chansey/Blissey: THE special wall — basically unkillable by special attacks
- Porygon2: Incredible bulk with Eviolite
- Tauros: Fast physical attacker
- Lopunny: Fast attacker with Scrappy (hits Ghost types!)

Why Normal is underrated:
- Only ONE weakness (Fighting)
- Ghost immunity can be clutch
- Many Normal types have enormous movepools (they learn everything)
- Return (102 power at max happiness) is a strong STAB move
- Extreme Speed (priority) on Dragonite/Arcanine is amazing

WHERE TO FIND
Flying: Coastal Port, Thunder Plains
Normal: Golden Farms, Central Town

TEAM TIPS
- Having a Flying type gives your team Ground immunity
- Snorlax or Blissey on your team shuts down special attackers
- Pair Normal types with Ghost types for mutual coverage
- Every team benefits from at least one Pokemon with a Flying move
