Evolving your Pokemon makes them stronger! Here are all the evolution methods in Pokeworld.
LEVEL-UP EVOLUTION
The most common method:
- Simply level up your Pokemon by battling
- When it reaches the required level, it evolves automatically
- The evolution screen appears after the battle where it leveled up
- Example: Charmander evolves into Charmeleon at level 16
STONE EVOLUTION
Some Pokemon need special evolution stones:
- Fire Stone: Vulpix > Ninetales, Growlithe > Arcanine, Eevee > Flareon
- Water Stone: Poliwhirl > Poliwrath, Shellder > Cloyster, Eevee > Vaporeon
- Thunder Stone: Pikachu > Raichu, Eevee > Jolteon
- Moon Stone: Nidorina > Nidoqueen, Clefairy > Clefable, Jigglypuff > Wigglytuff
- Leaf Stone: Gloom > Vileplume, Weepinbell > Victreebel, Exeggcute > Exeggutor
- Sun Stone: Gloom > Bellossom, Sunkern > Sunflora
- Dusk Stone: Murkrow > Honchkrow, Misdreavus > Mismagius
- Dawn Stone: Kirlia (male) > Gallade, Snorunt (female) > Froslass
- Ice Stone: Alolan Vulpix > Alolan Ninetales, Eevee > Glaceon
HOW TO USE STONES
1. Go to your Inventory (Bag)
2. Find the evolution stone
3. Click "Use" and select the compatible Pokemon
4. The evolution happens instantly!
WHERE TO GET STONES
- Shop: Buy with Pokecoins
- Mystery Box: Random chance
- Map Collectibles: Found in crates
- Scour Expeditions: Rare finds
- Daily Rewards: Some days give stones
FRIENDSHIP EVOLUTION
Some Pokemon evolve when their friendship/happiness is high enough:
- Walk with them (earn steps)
- Battle with them
- Keep them in your team
- Some require day or night conditions
TRADE EVOLUTION
Certain Pokemon evolve when traded:
- Trade the Pokemon with another player
- It evolves automatically during the trade!
- Examples: Machoke > Machamp, Haunter > Gengar, Kadabra > Alakazam
MOVE LEARNING
When a Pokemon evolves, it may learn a new move. You'll be asked if you want to replace one of your 4 moves with the new one.
MOVE RECALL
Forgot a move? Use the Move Recall feature:
1. Go to your Pokemon's details page
2. Click "Move Recall"
3. Choose from previously available moves
4. Replace one of your current 4 moves
