🍳 Cooking — Buff Dishes 101

Cooking turns ingredients you collect while playing into dishes that grant timed buffs: more XP, better catch rates, more encounters, more coins — and yes, boosted shiny odds. A good dish at the right moment completely changes a play session.

• Open the kitchen, pick a recipe, and if you have the ingredients — cook it and the buff starts immediately.
• Buffs are timed (20–60 minutes), so cook right before the activity you're boosting, not "for later".
• Ingredients are consumed on cooking — check the recipe table below before you snack your stock away.
