Battle Pass & Events

Season pass, raids, dungeons, outbreaks and live events

🎟️ The Battle Pass — Your Seasonal Reward Track

Every season brings a fresh Battle Pass with 60 tiers of rewards across two tracks:

TrackCostWhat you get
FREENothing — everyone has itCoins, items, gems sprinkled along the track
PREMIUM100 💎 one-time unlockEverything in Free plus bigger gem drops, cosmetics, titles and the exclusive Champion outfit & aura

You earn pass XP from almost everything you do: battles, catches, quests and events all push the track forward. Just play, and tiers unlock themselves.

The premium track typically returns more gems than its 100 💎 price if you reach the later tiers — for active players it effectively pays for itself, plus you keep the exclusive Champion cosmetics (see Cosmetics).

📋 Daily Quests & Tasks

Every day a fresh set of rotating objectives appears — things like "catch 10 Pokémon", "win 5 battles" or "hatch an egg". Each completed quest pays out coins, XP and battle pass progress.

🌍 Live World Events

The world is never static — live events run constantly and they're the best moments to play. Watch the event banner on the map!

🐛 Outbreaks

There are 3 outbreaks active at all times somewhere in the world. Each one floods an area with 50–150 spawns of a single species for 2–4 hours, with boosted shiny odds. Outbreaks are the bread and butter of shiny hunting — chain catches of the outbreak species and watch the sparkles roll in.

⛈️ Shiny Storm

The event everyone drops everything for: while a Shiny Storm rages, shiny odds are multiplied ×10 server-wide. If you see the storm banner — go hunt, now.

🎪 Type Festivals

Periodic celebrations of a single type (Fire Festival, Water Festival…) — boosted spawns and themed rewards for catching that type.

🧭 Lost Trainer

A wandering NPC gets lost somewhere in the world — find them for a reward. The clue names one of these locations: Whispering Woods, Crystal Caverns, Sunscorch Desert, Tidewater Cliffs, Volcano Approach, Frozen Marsh, Skyreach Peaks or the Old Ruins. A hoverboard makes the search trivially fast (get one!).

🕳️ Cave Breach

A time-limited cave tears open in the world, packed with rare spawns and sealed by a guardian boss at its heart. Clear it before the breach closes for top-tier loot.

⚔️ Raids — Multiplayer Boss Battles

Raids pit a group of trainers against a single colossal boss. The golden rule: rewards scale with participants — the more trainers join, the better everyone's loot. Bring friends or a full party!

Raid bosses are one of the few ways to encounter legendaries outside the Safari Zone — and each legendary is worth a fat 150 Collector points (Collector Score guide).

Don't solo raids if you can help it — even one extra party member meaningfully boosts the reward pool for both of you.

🏰 Dungeons — Multi-Floor Challenges

Dungeons are structured challenge runs: descend floor by floor through escalating battles, with puzzle battles mixed in — fights where brute force isn't enough and you'll need the right type matchups and clever switching (brush up in the Battles guide).

🗼 Battle Tower — The Win-Streak Ladder

How long can you keep winning? The Battle Tower is an endless ladder of back-to-back fights where one loss ends your streak. Milestone rewards land at:

StreakReward tier
25 winsMilestone reward 🥉
50 winsBig milestone reward 🥈
100 winsLegendary milestone reward 🥇

The Tower is the ultimate test of a well-built team — and a steady stream of battle pass XP while you climb.

🎁 Mystery Box & Auto Battle

🎁 Mystery Box

Feeling lucky? The Mystery Box is a random reward roll that can contain anything from coins and rare items up to 50 💎 — and yes, sometimes even a Pokémon pops out. A fun gamble and one of the free ways to earn gems (see Economy).

🤖 Auto Battle

Can't grind actively? Auto Battle lets your team fight on its own in select zones, earning passive XP and coins while you're AFK. It's slower than playing yourself, but it keeps progress ticking during dinner.

Auto Battle earns XP and coins only — shiny hunting, raids and events still need you at the controls. The good stuff always rewards active play.

📅 A Winning Weekly Routine

  1. Daily: clear daily quests, check the 3 active outbreaks, open chat to see what events the community is hitting.
  2. Whenever they appear: drop everything for a Shiny Storm (×10!) or a Cave Breach.
  3. With friends: schedule raids and dungeon runs in your party or clan — scaled rewards make group play strictly better.
  4. Season-long: keep nudging the Battle Pass to tier 60 and grab that Champion outfit.
