• All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.

6. Virtual Items and Currency

All in-game items, Pokémon, currency (Pokecoins), and other virtual goods are the property of Pokeworld Online. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use them within the Service. Virtual items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for real currency.

7. User Content

You may submit content through chat, clan descriptions, and other features ("User Content"). By submitting User Content:

• You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute the content within the Service.
• You represent that you own or have permission to share the content.
• We may remove any User Content at our sole discretion, without notice.

8. Intellectual Property

Pokeworld Online is an independent fan-made project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, or Game Freak. Pokémon and related names, characters, images, and other rights remain the property of their respective owners. The Service may display advertising or offer optional purchases that support its operation. Rights holders may submit a notice through our copyright and takedown process.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms.
• We may suspend accounts suspected of cheating, botting, or exploiting pending investigation.

• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
